What you'll find out on the call

  • Find out what you can actually afford — including your power bill, which most lenders leave out of the math entirely.
  • Keep your savings. The energy company contributes toward your down payment and closing costs.
  • If it's not a fit, we'll tell you straight on the call.

Common questions

Is this a solar sales call?

No. We're a mortgage company, not a solar company. Solar is just the tool that lowers your power bill so the monthly math works — nobody on the call will sell you panels.

Will you pull my credit?

No. There is no credit pull and no application on this call. It's a fit check, nothing more.

What actually happens on the call?

About 15 minutes. We look at your situation, run the real numbers including your utility costs, and you leave knowing exactly what your options are — even if the answer is "not yet."

Program terms

The "no more than $2,500 out of pocket" offer refers to the total cash a qualifying borrower pays at closing, including down payment and closing costs, after contributions from the program's energy partner [and any seller or other credits]. Contributions are subject to program guidelines and lender, loan program, and investor limits. Actual cash required varies by borrower, property, loan program, and location.

Energy savings

Estimated utility savings depend on household usage, system size and performance, weather, and utility rates, and are not guaranteed.

Solar component

Lowtility loans include financing for a solar energy system installed on the property. The system cost is part of your loan amount and is repaid over the life of the loan.

The fit call

The free 15-minute call involves no credit pull and no application. It is not a loan application, pre-qualification, or commitment to lend.
